I was skeptical at first, I mean, could this $9.99 eyeliner set really live up to its promises? I'd been burnt by cheap makeup before, but I needed some vibrant colors for a upcoming cosplay event and my wallet wasn't feeling any high-end brands. So, I took the plunge with LemonSac's 15PCS Colorful Eyeliner Pen Set. After a week of testing, I'm pleasantly surprised. The pigmentation is pretty impressive, especially the pearlescent shades like 'Mermaid' and 'Gold'. They're not as vibrant as my high-end brands, but they're not dull either. I loved how smoothly they glided on, no tugging or skipping. And the fact that these can be used as eyeshadows too? Game changer! It's like having a whole makeup set in one. My two favorites are 'Red' and 'Black'.

Creamy formula is decently pigmented. It can smudge, but doesn't easily migrate, you do have to rub it firmly to move it. Mine are labeled as eye and lip pencils, and the formula does work as either. I even experimented with using a shade all over the eyelid as a shadow, which worked OK, and I really liked the dramatic blue color. These are fun to play around with and well worth the price I paid for them. They are a great way to experiment with bold colors to see what you like.
I don’t wear much makeup but these are so easy and smooth to put on - love love love!! The colors are very vibrant and give life to my eyes with color! Eyeliner definitely stays on until you take it off. I was surprised by how it stays on and doesn’t smudge. Definitely will buy again and recommend.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The price is very reasonable and it’s a smooth application process. I love the variety of colors. it doesn’t irritate my eyes. But for the length of the pencils, I thought I would have gotten more than just the existing tip on each pencil. Just like a previous review commented, you can’t sharpen them, or twist for a little more product after several applications with the current point. As per smudging, I sometimes had the eyeliner I applied on my eyelids
beautiful creamy liners. Pigmented. The box says they are twist up and retractable and no need to sharpen. That is incorrect. The do not twist up. Other than that they are just as described. You will need to sharpen them. Once you remove from box they do not fit back in the box neatly.
Definitely getting these again!!! Doesn’t smudge and water proof! Colors are so cute.
