As someone who's always short on time, I appreciate products that deliver results without much fuss. The Cetaphil Exfoliating Cream fit right into my skincare routine. After three weeks of use, my skin felt noticeably smoother; the 20% urea did an excellent job at sloughing off dead skin cells.

However, I found that the cream was slightly too lightweight for my dry skin. I had to follow up with a heavier moisturizer afterwards. But hey, it's a minor inconvenience for the effective exfoliation.
