Love this glove. I’ve purchased so many exfoliating gloves and this is the best one yet. It actually does wipe off the dead skin on your body after being in a hot shower for 5-10 mins. I put a bar of Dove inside the mitt and wet it down in the shower and create a luxurious lather then I scrub my feet, legs, arms and chest in a circular motion and when I rinse off, my skin feels silky smooth and soft and even has a glow to it! These mitts are pretty incredible! I read how exfoliating the back of your arms and upper legs can smooth the skin and removed the little bumps I get at times. It works decent in the shower, but if you take a long bath in epson salts and then exfoliate... wow! I could not believe I had that much dead skin to remove. Just don't do it in the tub, yuck! Immediately after bathing, get into the shower to exfoliate. I do not recommend doing it during the summer when you already have a great tan, b
