Upgraded from my old drugstore mascara that was starting to clump and flake, I decided to give essence's Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara a shot. It was affordable, plus it's cruelty-free and doesn't have all those harsh ingredients - sounded like a win-win. After a few weeks of use, I'm pretty darn impressed. This mascara actually lives up to its dramatic volumizing claims. My lashes look fuller and longer, like I've had a set of falsies applied. The conic shape fiber brush really does the trick, coating each lash evenly without any globs or clumps. I love how it defines my lashes without weighing them down. It's perfect for everyday wear, but also builds up nicely if you want a more dramatic look.

This mascara is absolutely amazing! I use it, and both my daughters use it, and I'm so glad I've come across it.
