not a lot of color pigmentation which is good for tiny girls, I hate when play makeup sets have Chi chi girl red hot lipsticks,.. etc.. cute packaging and would be wonderful for girls 9-10 and under..
Great for little girls! It was the perfect size and could fit in their little play purses. For kids make up it had some pigment and is good quality. It washes off easily and was the perfect gift.
