This product really works, but only if you use it exactly right (which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). 1. Your skin has to be perfectly clean -- no moisturizer, serum, eye cream, etc. If that makes your skin feel too dry to be comfortable, this probably isn't for you. 2. Use a tiny amount or you'll end up with the dreaded white residue. 3. Maybe most importantly, you cannot put any water based product OVER this or it will dissipate and stop working. Yes it will temporarily reduce eye bags. Yes it did leave a white cast. Yes it absolutely dried the skin under my eyes out and when I smiled left serious creases in place of the eye bags.
