This feels nice, cool and comfortable on your face. I use it under my eyes and sometimes on my forehead. It gives a cooling sensation, but it does leave behind a slight white film that I rub in.I don't have puffy eyes so I don't know if it works for that but it is a nice sensation using it.
I don’t know why sometimes these cheaper work better than expensive brands but this is definitely one of those. It feels cool to the skin, and de-puffs my eyes in only a few minutes, it’s definitely a noticeable difference. It’s kinda a “spongy” consistency but it’s a solid stick if that makes sense. And there’s a lot of product and will last a long time. Will buy again!!

I love wet n wild because of their versatile product selection and some of it is affordable; however, I wasn't wow'd by this product.I do appreciate the "cooling" effect and I suppose some hydration.
