The duo came with a decent lip liner pencil, and the creamy lip color; they coordinate perfectly. It is not "watery" like many lip stains are. It has a creamy consistency at first, that allows you to apply it with more accuracy than a liquid stain. It dries VERY quickly, so if you intend to blot, do so right away.
